This is a physical and live sale. Bids may be placed in person, by phone, or online through one of the platforms listed below. The sale will be broadcast live on the, and platforms. Please note: you must create an account on the platforms at least 48 hours prior to the sale and register for the sale. Descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of these descriptions. The buyer should inquire about the condition of the vehicles and, if necessary, view it or obtain all necessary information if a viewing is not possible. If the buyer has not performed due diligence, he or she cannot hold the seller responsible for not providing information. Maître BALSAN reserves the right, at her discretion and in accordance with her agents’ instructions, to withdraw any lot from sale that she deems has not reached a sufficient price without providing a reason for its withdrawal. The sale is conducted on a cash selling price basis. Lots are sold to the highest bidder. The buyer must provide proof of identity and, if applicable, proof of professional activity (a Kbis extract less than one year old). The exhibition of vehicles will take place on the following dates: - Wednesday, June 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Thursday, June 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.


The capacity of the salesroom is limited to 400 seats in accordance with public establishment regulations. Beyond this number, entry renewals will be made based on definitive exits. Registration is required to access the salesroom.

Sales Fees

The successful bidder will be required to pay the hammer price plus fees amounting to 14.28%. No lots will be released to buyers until full payment has been received.

Absentee Bids

Only automatic absentee bids will be accepted. If you are unable to attend the sale in person or view the live broadcast on and, you may place automatic bids on the aforementioned platforms. The amount of automatic bids is not disclosed to maître BALSAN. Automatically placed by the platforms, these automatic bids guarantee you the fairest price within the limit of your maximum bid. To be accepted, automatic bids must be accompanied by a bank card imprint deposit in the amount of € 10,000. For more information, please see the «Conditions for Bidding» section. Telephone Bidding

A limited number of lines will be open. All requests must be addressed to maître BALSAN at least 48 hours before the sale at the email address: maître BALSAN cannot be held liable in the event that the telephone connection is not established, is established late, or in the event of errors or omissions related to the telephone reception of telephone bids. For all intents and purposes, the office reserves the right to record telephone communications during the sale. The recordings will be kept until payment is made, unless contested. We encourage you to bid on, and platforms. No increase in fees for telephone bidding.

Conditions for Bidding

Any buyer (individual or legal entity) or proxy must be able to provide proof of identity with a photo ID or a Kbis extract (or equivalent) less than one year old. Anyone wishing to bid in person or by telephone must make themselves known to maître BALSAN before the sale in order to allow for the registration of their personal data. The following will be required: proof of identity, bank references, and a deposit of € 10,000 paid by bank transfer to the account:

Only those who have provided a complete file will be able to bid. For all bidders who have not won any bids, the deposit of €10,000 will be returned within 72 hours.

Live auctions

You can follow the sale and place bids electronically by following the pre-registration and authentication procedure and complying with all general terms of use. On each of the online platforms, users must create an account and register for the sale. They must also upload proof of identity to the platform, provide bank references, and make a deposit of €10,000. Only users who have complied with all of these conditions will be able to place bids. The physical auction will be broadcast live on the, and sales platforms. Any online bid will be considered an irrevocable commitment to purchase. If you are a successful online bidder, you authorize maître BALSAN to use your bank card imprint to make partial or full payment for your purchases, including the usual buyer’s fees. The email address provided during registration will be used for communications regarding the sale (sale certificate, payment notice, purchase order, collection authorization). No additional fees are applied on Please note: For bidders on, a 1.5% HT fee of the hammer price is charged to the buyer. For bidders on, a 2 % HT fee of the hammer price is charged to the buyer.

Payment Terms

Payment of the sale price including fees must be made no later than the 8th day following the sale and before collection of lots. Failure to comply with either of these obligations will result in the cancellation of the sale. The deposit will be retained. For online bidders who have won a lot, the entire deposit left as a provision (€10,000) will be debited on the evening of the sale as a down payment. You will be responsible for paying the balance within 8 days. After full payment of the sale price, a sales slip, invoice, payment statement, collection authorization, and vehicle sales certificate will be issued to you. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The successful bidder releases maître BALSAN from any liability regarding collection and delivery.

Collection Conditions

The sale is made without warranty. The buyer, by contracting, agrees to take the vehicles as is, at their storage location. A prior viewing allows buyers to assess the condition of the vehicles being sold. Once the bid has been awarded, no claims will be accepted regarding the condition of the vehicles. The time allotted to the buyer to collect the sold vehicles may not exceed 30 days from the date of the auction. From the 31st day, storage fees will be charged: €20 excluding VAT per day. Collection takes place after full payment and upon presentation of a collection voucher within 30 days from the date of the auction. It is necessary to make an appointment with the office in advance by email at or by phone at +33 (0) and to bring your ID. Vehicles sold without a technical inspection and without a registration certificate must be collected on a flatbed truck.
